By submitting your mobile phone number through any form on our website or in our office and checking the SMS opt-in checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Evrigenis Orthodontics at the mobile number you provide.
Consent is not a condition of receiving any service or treatment. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month depending on your appointment schedule and preferences.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service carrier. Evrigenis Orthodontics is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Check your mobile plan details if you are unsure of applicable rates.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further texts. Supported opt-out keywords include: STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE.

4. APPOINTMENTS & CONSULTATIONS

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. We reserve the right to decline services to any individual at our discretion.
Treatment estimates provided during a consultation are not guaranteed final costs and are subject to change based on examination findings, treatment plan adjustments, and insurance coverage. All financial arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of treatment.
