Orthodontic Care for West Sacramento Families

West Sacramento sits minutes from both of our offices, which is why so many of our patients come from Southport, Bryte, Broderick, the Washington district and the neighborhoods along Jefferson Boulevard. Dr. Gregory Evrigenis treats children, teens and adults from across the region, and every new patient starts with a free consultation.

We do not have a West Sacramento address, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise. What we have is two offices a short drive across the river — one in the Pavilions Shopping Center on the east side of the city, one on Del Paso Road in Natomas, which is the closer of the two for most of West Sacramento and North Sacramento.

Which Office Is Closer to You?

Natomas — 1954 Del Paso Road, Suite 101

For anyone north of the Barge Canal or working near the port, the Natomas office is typically the quicker trip — up Jefferson or across the river and out I-5. Phone 916-575-9990.

Pavilions — 544 Pavilions Lane

If you work downtown or in East Sacramento, the Pavilions office is often easier to reach at the end of a workday than a drive back over the bridge. Phone 916-923-9168.

Both offices are staffed by the same doctor and the same team, so you can switch between them as your schedule changes without repeating your history or starting over with a new provider.

Treatments We Offer

Dr. Evrigenis is an orthodontic specialist, so orthodontics is all we do. That covers the full range of orthodontic treatment:

Braces

Metal braces remain the most efficient and cost-effective way to correct crowding, gaps, rotations and bite problems. We also offer tooth-colored clear braces and Iconix gold braces for patients who want something less obvious than silver without giving up the strength of metal.

Invisalign

Invisalign clear aligners are removable and nearly invisible, which is why they are the usual pick for adults and for teens who play sports or wind instruments. They only work when they are worn, so we are honest with families about whether a patient is ready for them.

Early and Airway Treatment

Children should have a first orthodontic check-up around age seven, before most parents think to schedule one. Early evaluation catches crowding, crossbites and habits while the jaw is still growing. We also offer MARPE airway palatal expansion for patients whose narrow palate affects breathing, and treat patients of every age — see orthodontics for all ages.

Why West Sacramento Patients Choose Evrigenis

Dr. Evrigenis earned his DDS at Georgetown University School of Dentistry and his MSD and orthodontic certificate at the University of the Pacific. He has practiced in Sacramento for more than two decades, grew up here, and holds clinical faculty positions with the craniofacial teams at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University Medical Center and UC Davis Medical Center — which is to say he sees complex cases regularly, not just straightforward ones.

Practically, that comes with same-day starts when you are ready, flexible appointment times around school and work, insurance benefits verified and billed for you, and payment plans built around what your family can carry. More on that on our why choose us page and in our patient reviews.

What Treatment Looks Like From Here

After the consultation, records and a treatment plan come first, then the appointment where braces are bonded or your first aligners are fitted — about an hour, with no numbing needed. Soreness starts later that day and settles within about a week; soft food, cold drinks and an over-the-counter pain reliever cover it.

Adjustment visits then run every six to eight weeks, which is a manageable rhythm even from across the river, and we try to group family members into the same appointment block. Treatment commonly takes one to two and a half years depending on the case, and finishes with retainers to hold the result.

Common Questions From New Patients

How far is the drive from West Sacramento?

Both offices are a short drive from most West Sacramento addresses; Natomas is usually the closer of the two. Call either office and we will tell you which one fits your commute better.

Do I need a referral from my dentist?

No. You can book an orthodontic consultation directly, and most of our patients do. We are happy to coordinate with your general dentist during treatment.

What happens at the first visit?

An exam and imaging, a conversation about what you want changed, then a specific recommendation, a timeline and the fee — at no cost. If you would rather start from your couch, our virtual consult works from a few phone photos.

Do you treat adults?

Yes, and adults are a large share of the practice. No one is too old for orthodontic treatment; see orthodontics for all ages.
